In this programme, you will acquire the knowledge in:

- Chinese and Japanese languages and cultural heritage
- Introduction to Hindi language;
- East and South Asia politics: political systems of China, Taiwan, Japan, the Korean Peninsula,   and South East Asian countries;
- East and South Asia social development: social changes and challenges across the region with   special regards to poverty alleviation and migration;
- East and South Asia international politics: major players include the United States, China,   Japan, South and North Korea, Russia,and South East Asian countries;
- East and South Asia economic dynamics: major trends in economic integration in the East       and South Asia region and cooperation between Europe and East Asia;
- East and South Asia business characteristics

Progression

The university offers a related Masters programme, taught through English, in the following area:
