This programme provides you with a core competence in professional information management and with interdisciplinary analytical skills. The programme integrates information, communication and technology and prepares you for a career in a rapidly changing global business environment. Parts of the programme are designed in cooperation with a number of national and international companies. This offers a variety of opportunities for hands-on work, real-life case studies and internships.

Graduates from the programme are able to: understand how ideas, knowledge and information are communicated and used by individuals and organisations; design information architecture and search engines and develop communication plans and strategies. The programme is built upon the following academic fields: Informatics; Communication Studies; Organisational Studies; Interdisciplinary Research Methods.

Year 1: Fundamentals of communication; Introduction to Organisational Communication & Communication Planning; Fundamentals of Information Systems; Organisation Theory;Interdisciplinary Research Methods

Year 2: Computer-mediated Communication & Collaboration; Project Management; Corporate Communication;Organisation, Innovation & Systems Design; Information Management & Organisational Change; Interdisciplinary Research Methods
