Programme profile
This is a broad programme that includes a wide range of modules. The programme covers fields as diverse as software development, interaction design and network technology. The content of the programme is closely linked to professional practice and provides you with a solid foundation for a wide range of jobs in the ICT sector.
In the third and fourth year, you will choose two specialisations. The options are:
Year 3: Game Engineering or E-Health & Big Data
Year 4: Mobile Applications or Cloud & Security

The following areas are covered: Some of the subjects covered in the curriculum are covered during the programme: web design, interaction design, coding, modelling, databases, network infrastructures, research skills, project management and communication skills
Entry Requirements
Two A-Levels and four GCSEs OR relevant BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma
Six passes at Leaving Cert (inc 2 x H4) OR relevant QQi/FETAC Level 5
